Do not use this branch! Where do I start? Well, had a loan that I only had open for about 2 months. After I paid it off, I had to haggle the branch location to send me the closing information. The most critical documents (like the vehicle title) still has not been returned. Nor has the power of attorney documentation. Nothing. Just a canned letter saying thank you for choosing OneMain. ON TOP OF THAT - OneMain has continued to withdraw from my account FOUR months after closing the account, which still has not been resolved. The first time it happened, it two 3 weeks for them to correct the issue. How do they correct the issue?? They send you a check. I am strongly convinced this branch conducts predatory lending.
Very professional, very helpful, worked with Joseph and he gave options that I didn’t think I had. Would recommend One Main Financial to everyone, they are courteous and helpful in a very timely matter.
They never answer emails.
This will be my second time going through them for their services. While their rates aren't good and the loans are costly, they are great and really easy for what they are. A LAST RESORT. I have screwed up my credit long ago and needed a bail out. I have since paid off my loans and make double payments. It allowed me to pay off the stuff due and helped me get some nice cloths for interviews and jobs. It's a life saver and would recommend to anyone with the right mindset to ACTUALLY get out of dept of fix your dam life. All these people are telling half of the real story. The full naked truth, take it for face value. They are not a low interest credit union. They are exactly what they advertise and have helped me an my family immensely!
Didn't hear back about my loan request result, followed up, and got no response. Had to call in internationally to find out. My overall impression of them was that they're unprofessional.
