All of the store associates at this location in Bloomington are awesome, and always have an upbeat attitude. The customer service is impeccable as stated before and they are on top of their game when it comes to being able to multitask and handle numerous people at the same time, its assuring. I know when I go in to do my transactions of any kind, I am always treated with a courteous smile and respectful service and I'm not waiting for a long time at all. I did a payday loan here once a few months ago. Paid it back on time and hadn't gotten another loan afterwards. So a few months passed and I tried to re-qualify to do the payday loan again and was denied despite having not changed jobs, income or address. I was told that my history as a customer was bad, I didn't make enough money and credit wasn't good enough. Mind you only about 4 months had passed since I was last at this place and again nothing has changed with my income or debts. I was then told to reapply online or comeback and try again. Why? If you are going to tell me no for a loan under 200 dollars to my face what is the point in coming back the next day or trying online? Especially when I am being told I have bad customer history when I have only ever done business with this company a grand total of ONCE!! A complete waist of time. They could have just told me to apply online in the first place and saved me the drive. Just go to Payday America.
