UPDATED - So, the VP of Branch Operations spent some time explaining this to me in a way that made sense - Even made a few spreadsheets to help explain - I feel that this person did a great job helping explain what the previous employees could not - Also gave me a few ways to prevent said issues from showing up again - He was also very calm in explaining things I didnt understand. I appriciate this greatly as I'm sure this is not how the VP of Operations wanted to spend his Friday - But he provided great customer support! -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Absolutely the worst customer service - Had some confusing things happen on my account - Called talked to 3 different individuals and none of them could explain in any way that it made sense, then the last "support" person starting getting snippy and having attitude because he couldn't explain it any way of which made sense. Which leads me to believe either they were lying, or just trying to BS till I hung up. Still doesn't make sense what happened. Will be closing accounts ASAP
