Let's start by saying that I have been with US Bank for the better part of a decade. Back in May 2018, I applied for a personal loan and this branch was the one that was tasked with reaching out to complete the loan process. I was 4 months shy of the 5 year anniversary of a bankruptcy and was assured that it could be pushed through despite this. It was not but the assistant vice president and branch manager persuaded me to try for a home equity line of credit by saying that they could utilize the hard credit inquiry that had been done less than 10 days earlier to avoid a second hit to my credit. She also assured me that a HELOC as a secured loan, would not be a problem with the bankruptcy versus the unsecured premier loan. Turns out this is not true either and to top it off, I was in fact hit with a 2nd hard inquiry to my credit. After speaking with this individual again, I was given contact info to dispute the 2nd hard inquiry on my credit but they declined to remove it as a necessary part of the application process without direct contact from this banker to let them know it was in fact, bad info provided to me by US Bank. I contacted this individual again and was told she would see what she could do and now here we are, 4 weeks since my last contact with that individual, and despite numerous voicemails left, I have yet to hear back. I have dealt with a number of US Bank branches across the nation and have never encountered this kind of trouble before. This person misspoke the qualifications necessary for their products. I am less upset about being turned down for the 2 loans, despite having checking, savings and a mortgage with them than I am about being provided the misinformation and the 2nd hard inquiry and the lack of action to have it removed.
Great bank with friendly staff. Never had anything other than good experiences at this branch.
Been with US Bank for almost 20 years. This branch has the lowest level of customer service I have ever experienced. The tellers are not trained, not knowledgeable, and worst of all they are rude! Management does nothing to rectify this! I will drive 20 miles from now on to another branch!
Complete corporate bank 0 help on issues and no notifications for account issues
Bank stole my cousins money after he threatened to leave due to them opening up credit cards account in his name without his consent. Do not bank here unless you want your money stolen, the money likely went directly to the management staff who illegally opened up a credit card account with zero authorization from the account holder. BEWARE!
