I work for a small company in Savage. I am 40 years old and have 3 small children. Royal Jaros and his firm have handled the 401k program at our company for the last seven years. We recently have changed to Fidelity and I was in the process of transfering over when I figured out that he invested my whole portfolio in Annuities. What I have learned about Annuities is that they have a very large up front fee and pay very little in interest. They would be appropriate for someone who is at retirement age, not someone who is young and still working. He did this to almost all my co worker's regardless of age or economic status. My complaint against Royal Jaros is that he violated his fiduciary duty to me. He acted in his own interest by investing in products that make absolutely no sense for me except that he would make more money at the front end of the transaction. Mark Hurley
