Payday America in Anoka has a culture just like Pawn America in Anoka. Unmatched by any other location in the region and that is a very positive note. Apollo is unbelievable in his ability to remember names. The first time I came in to pay my loan he addressed me by first name without having anything to go by except my face! Absolutely a trait in true leaders of men and women! I also saw him deal with some very upset people, including myself, on Saturday during a time the whole computer system was down and he kept a very professional and positive continence and attitude in handling all the frustrations and then sat all day repeating the whole issue every time someone new came in. He is also extremely fast in processing the paperwork! Becky is a very positive person and in the two times I have had her process my paperwork she has been efficient and communicative as well. All the associates and the Anoka location deserve a raise.

Super nice people work here. Everyone I met at this one- I can tell genuinely cares and likes their job, because they like to help people who are in need. Very nice, pleasant.

Excellent customer service! There aren't to many places you can go to these days and have staff remember you by name! Apollo is always working and it's fun coming in and just being able to crack jokes and feel like you have a friend who is borrowing you money and not a business. I already miss Sugar. She was just as awesome!
