I went to the Albert Lea location and had the pleasure of working with the branch manager Joseph, he was very professional and exceeded my expectations ,I really enjoyed the visit.
The rudest employees from the tellers to the branch manager. They won’t let you withdraw money in the drive thru they tell you to just go to the atm outside.
CHARGE ME 47% INTREST FOR MY CREDIT CARD. TAKES TWO LIFETIMES TO PAY OFF 3 GRAND. **** THIS PLACE. DONT EVEN CONSIDER THIS THEIVING COMPANY AS YOUR BANK. THEY WILL WITH OUT A DOUBT SCREW YOU OVER.
