Avoid this place if possible!! I never got a loan with them but a friend of mine did. I went with him to Apply and the lady who took care of him was nothing but rude! I been hearing so many negative reviews of this place. Shocked that it’s still in business. Find loans somewhere else people trust me you don’t want to deal with this unprofessionalism.
Please Read!!!!! Run far away from this company. The owner Christie at the time I dealt with them are horrible. When I filed for chapter 13, I was under the protection of the courts, but the owner still wanted me to make payments and stated several of her customers pay her even while in bankruptcy. She is horrible and an investigation need to be launched into this company. Just because you are the owner, there are still laws to follow. If you decide to do business with this company you will be sorry.
from my understanding this company caters mostly to individuals who speak little or no english. therefore certain things are not understood correctly. they go back and forth on their word, making verbal agreements, then renigging. and yes staff including manager in charge very rude. does,t accept phone calls, make clients go down to waukegan to waste their time. definately not doing business with this company and they are going to be reported. how about that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they don't even deserve 1star!!!!
