Scott credit Union has the worst customer service in the history of banking theirself a favor look for a different bank .
They are always helpful
SCU will not allow me to apply my insurance check to my loan from some hail damage. They insist on me having my car repaired. That should be my choice! I am paying off this loan and transferring my accounts to FCB.
