I’ve been a member for probably 10 years or more. I mailed out a check I received from a customer for $30 the person I receive the check from filled out everything except the pay to order and that’s it! So I filled in my name for her and the bank told me since I did that they cannot cash the check. Just a really bad experience and leaves a bad tastes in my mouth for a petty check for $30 bucks. I would understand if it was $300 or more but $30 dollars!! Probably gonna switch banks for them to not trust me over a $30 dollar check and I’ve been a member with them for over 10 years!! Ridiculous!! I had to deal with Tim from the sycamore office. I wouldn’t recommend anyone after this experience.
Do not recommend. I was a loyal customer that stayed even after a move hours away. It's 2019 and payment options for phone autopay is nonexsistant. Unless you mail a check youre sol. It's embarrassing as an establishment. Customer service is terrible and non caring. This place is a decade behind. Run away.

Wow. If my first call to this credit union is any indication of how they treat their members, that is truly sad. Calling to ask about becoming a member, and the individual I spoke with, seemed annoyed that I even called. Super short with me, and gave me the impression that she had zero interest in helping me. I guess I'm staying with Earthmover. They have great customer service!
I've been banking with ICCU for many years. I love their online banking system. It's the easiest one I've used (I have experience with four banks). They don't nickle and dime their members to death. I find their fees are reasonable. They've made a lot of improvements in hiring the right people and then training them. The employees at the Sycamore branch are always friendly and treat you professionally.
