It says on the website that it takes a first time customers less than 20 mins to get a lone. It took me an hour. There were multiple people working there, but only one actually helping customers. She kept walking away from me to help other customers. She also asked way more information than the website said to bring. I don't know why she felt the need to call my phone to make sure I gave her the right number. She also made me provide three references and said that she needed to call my boss to make sure that I really worked there. I'm not really sure why because I gave her a pay stub and bank

Their website says that they need a bank statement but that is WRONG- What they want is your bank history- proof that you have had an account open for at least 30 days... Make sure it has the account number on there or you will be back and forth like the DMV smh Also their computer went haywire in the office after my information was stored- something about spyware and a hacker so good luck if your info is on that computer too The employees are super super nice and accommodating- other than an incorrect website and possible identity theft, I would have to say it's a decent place
