Sam is probably the most professional lender I have ever dealt with. I made application on Sunday, she was on the phone with me Monday morning first thing, and later that day called me back with an approval. We closed on Tuesday. She is very knowledgeable about the products, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I felt that she worked hard to get me the financing I needed, and am very grateful for her efforts.
