After my experience today, I would NEVER partner with this company again. I spoke with a manager named Andre, explaining that my financial situation had changed. His EXACT words "Ok I'm not trying to rude, but you've been making your payments on time for the past 21 months, & you have 16 payments left. We will not pick up your car we don't want it, you work, & you will continue to make your payments on time." I've NEVER in my 27 years living, have been talked too so disgusting by a man, yet alone a manager. This company really needs to evaluate who they have representing their business, I really feel sorry for this angry man. However, another manager by the name of Sarah, was really helpful. She apologized for Andre's actions, & explained to me the process with everything. I would never do business with this company because of 1 bad apple, which is Andre. I don't know who raised this man.
I wish I could give no stars! This is by far the worst loan company I have ever dealt with! They do not communicate with you AT ALL! I've tried to settle my debt with them numerous times and they don't respond. Pop up requesting job verification then disappear for a year and then pop back up trying to do the same thing! If they have the capability to contact my place of work, then you surely have the capability to contact ME, like I've been trying to do the past 2 years! DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER GET AN AUTO LOAN THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!
I bought a car about 2 years ago and financed through Nationwide. And honestly I haven't had any issues. The customer service has been great. I make my payments online and its easy. Payments weren't too high so that's a plus as well. And if I'm a couple days behind they don't harass me like other companies do nor penalize me.
