Great to deal with...fast and easy...and all info is given to you upfront
Do NOT use this company! I misplaced a title that I was going to use for collateral, so I did the loan without it. I was told that "it was still an option" upon my finding the title. When I called to add the title to lower my interest rate and payment, the manager, Nick, told me that since I paid a large amount on my loan that day, that I couldn't use the collateral and that my interest rate wouldn't go down unless I borrowed MORE money! Nick also told me that they did an auto loan to give me a lower rate... my rate is at the MAX at 33.5%! They lie and manipulate to make more money off of their customers.
Great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The loan went through so fast--piece of cake! Thanks to everyone at One Main Financial!!
