Courteous, pleasant, and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean, new facility. Some people complain that they have to wait. Yes, sometimes you have to wait in this world. It doesn't make sense for a bank to overstaff a branch so one person a week doesn't have to wait. Be thankful there are people in the branch to help you. See how you like it (in the future) when something goes wrong and you only have an automated machine in front of you.
Good luck getting them to answer the phone! I called the Palos location 4 times (once every 10 minutes) and got no one to answer. Called the Homer Glen location and got an answer the first time.
Went their 2 minutes after 5pm when their website says they are open until 6pm and they were closed I was so frustrated.
Teller personnel is professional and Courteous,what I can’t tell about personal bankers.Saturday,November the 3rd was waiting for 38 min to get serviced by personal banker,but nobody even stopped by to explain about delay.Had no time to wait longer and left not getting any service or apologies...
Least courteous people I've ever worked with. Trash bank. Don't bother with them.
