The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced!! The rep Natalie has the personality of a dish rag and acts like she’s totally doing you a favor! Never called back as promised..I cancelled my loan after two days of bs with them!! There are plenty of companies out there willing to respect you and not treat you like a total bother!! LOOK ELSEWHERE- do yourself a favor!
