Someone on phone is Unprofessional and hang up on me after i asked her a question. I am hearing impaired female. Ill snap on her when i see her. I dont deserve that! Ill report on her to headquarter. She need to chillin out!
I rate it a 1, because there is nothing lower. The store is horrible and the people who work there are terrible. I have never seen such a racket. This is the epitome of fleecing your clientele. I've been to many Cash America's. This store shouldn't be allowed to use the name. This store is just unbelievable. They mock the patrons, they're rude to new customers, and genuinely disinterested in customer service. I spent a half hour waiting while the two ladies discussed their lunch and attitudes for a former patron. While I repeatedly came over for help. Which they rudely interjected they'll be there in a minute... If you want a good experience go to ANY OTHER CASH AMERICA "ANYWHERE"! Avoid this location like it was the plague!!!
