World Finance in Matteson, Illinois

I applied on a Thursday and here it is going on Monday and I still have not heard back about my application status. I was told by Jennifer that they would contact me back within an hour of that day. Days later I am still waiting. I am getting ready to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest no one give them any of their personal information. It is very fishy that they are operating even online the same way that they do in the office from other viewers that I am not reading about. This could well be some sort of scam.

So rude and unprofessional, I was approved for a loan then I come in to bring my documents and was told my credit had to be run again because the app was old but it was them that took forever to respond to my application, I called multiple times to check on the status and was told they were still processing it. Then one day I get a letter saying it’s been approved, after the second letter, I called and the young lady I spoke with says to bring in certain documents, fine, I take them in and now I’m denied. The employees are walking around in their socks, the place smells like cigarettes so bad my asthma began to flair up, there’s no privacy, I can hear other customers information and vice versus and since this is sensitive information about your credit and personal business, that’s very unprofessional. I was told an address came up that didn’t belong to me and they acted as if I was lying. Abigail is rude and has snotty attitude, I’m glad I didn’t get the loan from them, I used another loan company and was approved in minutes..I will NEVER consider them again or refer them!
