I was double charged for a pizza on my debit card. I went in and talked to someone about it. 45 minutes later...no recognition that I was even there. So I talked to the same person again, he told me that he was just then calling his boss. Last time I'll be in this store.
Be a good place to build a gas station. All the Caseys out there this ones the worst
They have the freshest donuts at this place. Better than any of the donut chains. Highly recommend the raspberry with cream cheese pastry and the chocolate covered long john.
Terrible customer service. Will never be going back. Both times ive come in to purchase something small in return to get cashback at register, the kid proceeded to rush me through my transaction after i proceeded to tell him i need cash back and he still finalized my transaction and didnt even hesitate to apaologize about me needing cash back. Therfore i had to use the atm to get more than what was needed (money i dont really have) and pay a atm fee both times i went in because he either doesnt know what hes doing or doesnt care. Poor poor service. The cook in back also back talked my wife in the backround over the phone call with a manager saying "we have another lady whining about her order." because he didnt give us the right order and we simply were calling to let them know and to figure out what they wanted to do.
