Friendly but very busy and they use a scheduling software on iPads that is disconnected from their back end systems. If you need something more than a teller you have to wait a while or risk being turned away until the next day. I suspect the scheduling software makes them busier than they would be without it, but maybe I'm just impatient.
It says it’s open online & they’re door even says open monday-thursday 9-5pm but they’re doors are locked. I’ve watched 5 people already try to open the doors. It’s very inconvenient.

Been a longtime customer. Applied for a mortgage and having everything in excellent shape such as my credit and money in my accounts, I was denied a mortgage for the reason of "No recent renters history". They were concerned that I was living with my parents and haven't rented in the past 8 months. Really disappointed in BofA.
Its a joke how much bank of America cares about your accounts. when you don't have money in the account, and a company tries to chare your account the bank will not let the charge go through. The terrible thing is the still charge you a $35 fee. I thought TCF was bad. Look elsewhere. Their slogan should be as long as we get paid who cares about you. Horrible bank.
