Great company to business with and great customer service.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I initially applied online and I received a call from Diane. I don’t understand why I received a call at my job instead of my cell. When I began to speak to Diane her tone was terrible. Her tone sounded like she was miserable, and her thick accent didn’t help either. When I informed her that I wanted to cancel the app, she told me she had already pulled my credit with out consent. After I told her to cancel the app, she got very upset. Never apply here there’s other loan companies who have way better customer service!
Height's Finance was a good place for me to rebuild. They are courteous when you talk to them. They aren't pushy like some of the others. When there's a bump along the way, the really do try to help, and the free road side assistance helped a couple of times. Rebuilding from credit issues can cause a lot of frustration, but they did truly help. I'm nearly complete with my loan, and it wasn't that bad.
They run you through a ton of loops and tell you 1 thing just to reverse it and say different! Definitely wouldn't recommend
