Very friendly and helpful staff. Anna helped me on the phone. She was very polite and knowledgeable and efficient. The store manager, Sarbagya helped me apply for my loan. He was very helpful. The best part about him was his wonderful smile!
I visited this location for the first time to make a WesternUnion transaction. There were difficulties with the transaction. WesternUnion was awful, their customer service was awful at Western Union. Had to call to verify the transaction, and WU declined my transaction because Gaby tried to help us. WU claimed it fraudulent because she tried to help. There was no fraud involved, she's an employee! WU is awful! Been using them for years, never again. HOWEVER, regardless of WU, the assistant store manager, GABY, was EXTREMELY helpful! Gaby was very patient and helpful throughout our whole experience. She called WU for us, as did I. She didn’t give up, nor was she rude no matter how stressful the situation became. I highly recommend that if you come here, ask for her. If the manager of this location is reading this, give her a raise! She provides great customer service and is extremely kind and helpful!! She's number 1! I'd recommend this location to anyone, I don't care what anyone else says.
They need to hire more people. It’s always just 2 people working and a line out the door . Ridiculous.
I passionately hate this specific location. The day shift manager (so I’m told), held my check and told me afternut clears she will give me my funds. I asked when that will be seeing this was on a Saturday. She told me on Tuesday for sure they will he cleared. I call Tuesday and they tell me the district manager can’t verify it until she’s there on Wednesday. So Wednesday I call in and I’m told she’s not around and the Haitian lady with the accent sounds like she is being bothered by my call. So I call in today (Thursday) and I’m being told I have to try again tomorrow. Horrible service. Disrespectful people working in customer service is never a good look for a business.
