Great bank with free checking. Friendly staff. Wonderful overall experience with them thus far.
I enjoyed a good relationship with this bank for the last 3 years. Then I hit a pothole, in their entrance, which flattened my tire (last April). I brought the receipt for the new tire to the branch manager and she forwarded it to corporate. They denied my claim for 120.00, even though they knew the pothole was there 2 months, longer than it should have been. I switched the majority of my banking to other sources after that. They also charged a "processing fee" on a loan I procured from them, which many banks don't charge. i still keep a minimal balance there for ATM transactions and a recurring bill paid with my account there, but would not recommend them to others for their banking needs.
