Worse place even to get a loan. They call you 6 months after they start charging you for insurance while never notifying you of a change in your account! Don't do it you will regret!
I love their app, it makes banking much easier. People there have always been very friendly and helpful.
This is the worst place to get any kinda loan through. They are very rude and disrespectful when you call to talk to anyone, that is if you even get a hold of anyone at the time you call. If you plain on getting any kinda loan through them, I would do research before hand.
Just used them for auto loan. Will never use them again! Before I even made one payment they had already placed insurance on the auto for 200 a month. This is even when we had proof of insurance sent in. We were told that they never received it and we have proof from the fax and USAA that it was sent. They also make it extremely hard to make payments online and cost you a additional $10 to due so monthly. We pay everything online and never been charged. This is the most difficult Credit union I have ever been involved with! STAY AWAY! I am refinancing ASAP with another bank!
I have used them for two different car loans and have never had a problem with them. Awesome lending place!
