I have been a client here for years!! The staff is helpful and always super friendly! I hardly ever have to wait in line for the teller as there is two tellers. When sitting with a banker I normally only have to wait for a few minutes to get to a knowledgeable banker to help me with my concerns! Love this branch!
I have been to this bank about 3 times in the past couple of months. They have all gone out of their way to help me with all the accounts I needed to set up. I do have to see a specialist, so I make an appointment prior to coming in and have never experienced a long wait time nor have I seen lines of people. However, I go during the weekdays and it is not busy at all. I am sure it is busier on the weekends as any bank usually is.
I love banking with BOFA. I travel some for work and I like that they are everywhere but when I walk into my home bank (Edwardsville) which truly is a “local” bank. They alway make me feel important and know who I am when I walk in! They always have someone in the lobby to help so I know if I need to go to the teller or speak with someone in the office and I rarely have to wait long. Thank you Edwardsville for being the best BOFA bank ever
Horrible place to do business with. Wouldnt take a check from a customer of mine for me to cash. Not even that much. They were only interested in making me open an account. Horrible customer service
