Jannette is AMAZING. She explains everything clearly and is super transparent about the whole borrowing process so there are no surprises. She remembers your name and makes you feel like a person and not just a number. The one time I borrowed from somewhere else prior to finding this location, the place felt kind of cold, a little weird and, to be perfectly honest, kind of gross. When I do need to go in for a loan here, even if it's been ages since my last one, she remembers my name and has always greeted others by name that have come in, too. It feels more personal, which is nice, because you already hate that you're in a bind anyway--you don't need the process to make you feel worse. It's terrible to find yourself in a pinch but I'm grateful to have found this place to help out if I need it.
It's Saturday morning and I have been calling the past 20 minutes with no answer and left 2 messages. This happened last Saturday as well. Google says you open at 9am is that correct? I called just to ask questions about a post card I received In the mail. What I got was a half sleep completely rude employee. Is this the normal for how this location operates or did I just get a bad employee on an off day?
