One of the worst banking facilities on earth! I walked in and the security guard sitting at the desk asked me to remove my sunglasses. I thought he was joking. He then pointed to a sign on the door that banned sunglasses inside of the credit union. What kind of foolishness is that???? This was my 1st time ever at this credit union. I have been around the world and back and no one has ever asked me to remove my sunglasses. I could see if I had on a hoodie or maybe even a turban. But sunglasses?? Give me a break! I will never be back and I will spread the word to others not to patronize an institution that treats their customers like criminals for no reason. After this incident, I waited in line for 10 minutes because there were only 2 tellers working. This facility had a foul sewer smell inside of it. Just a run down building, with a worse parking lot. I am glad I am not a customer here because I would have taken my money out immediately! Do not go here unless you like being treated like you have done something wrong when all you did was walk inside the door. Disgraceful! Only in the African-American communities would this type of non-sense be tolerated. Lucky for me...I have a vehicle that will take me to places that know how to treat their customers with dignity and respect! And if they so worried about ppl coming in there with sunglasses, why don't they ban guns??? Those can really hurt a person. But no, they want to prevent you from protecting your eyes. Also...the security guard is so worried about me, why doesn't he stand up and make his presence known so that could discourage criminals from coming into the bank. Security sitting behind the desk is just a sitting duck if someone really wanted to do something illegal. Make him stand up and do his job properly! Why should he be sitting behind a desk when he isn't servicing customers??? I could go on and on about this vial place but I won't. They just need to do better!
