Horrible service. Absolutely horrible. Standing in line for over 30 mins trying to cash a check from my bank and they acting like the check is fake. They called and the bank is asking me why they are having such a hard time with this check. I will never cash another check here. Clearly they do not have much experience with check cashing though it says PLS Check cashing. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Do not come here

Great service but I was searching for COMed setup office since an hour I went through this place thrice but as there is no info about it I had ask a lot of people. Even people nearby don’t know this is the place. #Comed #COMed couldn’t mention it more..

was turned down because i went to different location after 2 months of inactivity, and the employer is verifiable company and i have had activity before at other exchanges with eventually receiving bad service by employees having bad attitudes. their whole franchise is garbage. do yourself a favor and go to a credit union or even a bank, at least a non-PLS location as i've been to various across the city and you no doubt get bad service from their quota-pushing, burned out cashiers visiting them enough times.
