Customer service representative was knowledgeable and friendly. It is nice to know that they listened to my entire question/concern, without cutting me off or interrupting. I know that they understood what I was asking because he restated my question and asked if he was going in the right direction. Then he explained the steps or what he needed to do to help me. Before placing me on hold, he asked if it was okay to put me on hold to look at the account. Waited for my response before he placed me on hold. Came back to me within a few minutes to make sure I was still on the line. Advised me that he needed to get a supervisor to assist him, would it be okay to put me back on hold to complete the process to resolve the matter. Again, the representative came back on the line to let me know that it was going to be a little bit longer, but they wanted me to know that they were still there. Amazing to not be left in"on hold hell". Nice to know that things were in process. Thrilled to have such customer service!! As a 20 year customer service representative, both in person and on the phone, I recognize when I have been treated like a person and when the representative is invested in truly resolving the problem,or finding the answer.
I literally just got off the phone with Brandon P, and let me tell you that man is THE man. Opp loans is great!! I was worried I wasn’t going to get approved because of my credit but they helped me get a loan that helped change and improve my score drastically. I got denied the first time around because I wasn’t able to contact them and confirm some stuff due to travel and surgery but once I was able to speak with a representative everything was fast and easy! Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of a quick loan.
