Have been here on two separate occasions and Capri was who I dealt with and she was a great help and her customers service was awesome. Also on the last occasion it was another young lady in there (don't remember her name) but even though she was not servicing me she was very friendly and I appreciated her conversation!!! I got a loan for a very small amount of money for the very first time. My experience at this store was beyond awesome!!! A lady named Chiquitta who helped me went above and beyond walking me through the process. She was so nice, warm, and very professional. Let me not forget how prompt she was as well. She put a smile on my face. I highly recommend anyone looking for a loan big or small to visit this location!!!! You will not be disappointed. I was impressed by how Chiquitta worked after closing to get me taken care of. That meant so much to me!
Just had the worst experience The Guy who answered the phone Put me on hold Then I was hung up on repeatedly I thought it was something with the phone system until I got back thru and he refused to look up my account because it was a problem with the payment and afterwards I asked him what was the payoff amount He refused to help me and said to call back I said well you just had so called had my account open it will take you a second He said he wouldn’t do it because he was with a customer So to sum it up he flat out lied to me about my account and refused to give me the information because he was busy , but instead of being professional he was hanging up on me on purpose I’ve been using this location for years and never I mean never had an incident such as this I’ve brought the ladies that work her lunch in the past and always have had a great service until today If you can’t handle the customers please take the day off don’t mess up the company’s image and reputation because you’re unhappy
