I went there and bought a chain and cross. I looked at it tried it on .But then they took it to put it .In a box. When i got home. They had removed the clasp and replaced it. With a broken silver clasp. I suggest no one. Buy anything from there they are crooks.
So I guess you tell people you accept bikes and then when they show up then a different person says they don’t accept bikes waste of gas
BEWARE ..BEWARE ervice terrible ya cant pay ur bill over the phone. Line always long .They talk to staff when doing ur transaction . Layaways. Week..late making a payment they dont give ya credit just take ya money No Refund 20% back or anything... Dont shop here ..dont waste ya money here Go somewhere else.
I'd give it zero stars if possible. This place is the biggest ripoff ever. They should be closed down. Went with my son to attempt to sell a gaming station in efforts of upgrading to another. They started quoting before seeing it or knowing the brand. I don't know the guys name but he is of Hispanic origin. He is as rude as rude gets and should not be allowed to work with the public at all. Thank God I'm saved!!!
I've always pawned with cash America, since before being cash America, but I've always used the same one in Washington state. I moved here a little while ago, was in a bind and looked them up. The lady was nice (seemed to be more interested in what they were ordering for lunch but nice) I agree with the other reviews they do low ball you and run more like a retail store since becoming cash America. I pawned the same exact things I've always pawned, and was given $150 less then I always get with absolutely no wiggle room, being I was in a bind (or I wouldn't be pawning) i needed what I could get, and they work off that! A brand new laptop (they're selling for $349) an Xbox 4 controllers 10 games a connect and a few other accessories total I got $100
