Worst place ever!!!! Can not get help on anything they will not release a lien from years ago that was paid off... I will post on here every single day til I get the lease. I applied for it OCT 30 2019 when they said it was being mailed!!!! DONT EVER USE ONE MAIN!!!

Randy Nguyen and OneMain Financial of Champaign, IL Keep up the great work this place sucks. One main financial is a scam. Stay away if you are self-employed. I met with Randy Nguyen in Champaign, IL location for OneMain Financial. I emailed Randy with my last year tax information and then called the girl on the phone said I will let him know that you have sent him the information. 3-1/2 hours later I decided to call Randy said "oh did you send it" Then he stated that I wasn't denied. I then told Randy that was a bad way of doing business for not getting in connect with me and that was bad service. If I could give a minus 5 to this company in Champaign IL. When I was there earlier today Randy had said that he was free until 4pm. My question is why didn'y Randy or OneMain Financial call??
Stay away from this place!!! When my aunt, who is elderly, needed money to pay medical bills, they loaned it to her at an outrageous interest rate. The manager is never in the office. Staff are totally incompetent when it comes to writing checks. Yes you have to sign a check when you give it to someone! Rude staff that are incompetent--bad combination!
