After reading the posts here I feel like i must give my 2 cents. I have been going here for 3 months now and before that time they were mostly negative reviews. I have done business with every employee and i have to say that they are very friendly and i got 100 dollars MORE!!! Ye$!! 100 more to pawn a TV than taking it over to ez pawn by. Rt62 and Rt53. One employee says Hello Richard everytime I walk in and surprisingly most on the loans i was able to get more than the first offer. My favorite employee is the young black gentleman. I would have said his name if i knew it. Always will do business here only. Thank you for not low balling me. My name is Richard W.

bought a drill and the cashier helped me bring all my items to the car. i touched the trigger and it fell off along with other internal parts. it just broke for no reason right in front of him and all he told me is " sorry i cant do anything you didn't buy the warranty" and wouldn't exchange or give my money back. it broke at the store in front of him and doesn't give a refund, partial refund, or an exchange? I will never do business with this place again. Don't waste your money I bet more of their products will break once you get it.
Clean store, decent merchandise with good jewelry selection. Dee is fantastic (and it was a pleasure to meet Keith today as well.)
