Possible one of worst experiences I've had with a financial institution. I'll provide a brief summary of what transpired. After jumping through numerous hoops to get a passable VA pension "paystub", the final step was to confirm employment (been at the same job over two years). Someone from the branch called MY cell phone to verify employment... I passed the call onto my manager and because he didn't respond in a "business casual" manor (he literally said hello...) they hung up on him (ironically) and then emailed me that I was marked as possible fraud. I then called the this branch to find out what happened, they told me the "fraud department" had denied my application. After calling customer service it turns out that the branch called and pretended to be the "fraud department" and then turned down my application. As my credit was ran, I received a hard inquiry on my report and the service was shady to say the least. I strongly recommend going somewhere else or at least a different branch. Do not trust your credit / social security info with anyone at this branch. I will be calling the BBB as a final measure.

Everything was ok until Anel Garay from One Main screwed me up this Christmas, all I wanted was to reduce the monthly payment for this month of December to buy gifts for my family. She had me sign a deferment Agreement which later she said she forgot to updated into this month payment. She doesn't know the meaning of Overdraft Fee. Which I tried to explain to her and she was clueless. My kids did not get a gift because of her fault.
