From the second I walked in to transfer license plates, everyone was looking at each other like what do I do? So they waste 45 minutes of my time trying to do it, and then one of them says that there was a glitch in the system? It is very obvious that they did not know what they were doing, had a similar issue last time I tried to transfer plates their. Took 4 people to figure it out. The glitch in the system is the people that you are hiring. Will never go back here
The worst company to deal with and the worst location to ever deal with I purchased a car in mid jun 6/15 to be exact on 6/21 i paid $266 for title and plates transfer after paying i was told it would take a few weeks after a month nothing happened so i began calling to gain some clarity i was told the person who did the transaction was fired due to the fact that they had title documentation being done incorrectly and not sent in since april i was assured by the district manager i would have the issue handled and the title to my car in 2 weeks that never happened at all and after contacting the manager of operations who never returns calls and says let me check and call you back here we are going on 3 months later and i have still yet to receive my documentation to prove i own the car when i call from my personal phone they let it ring until i hang up, and when calling to get info im being told im harassing them do not due buisness with this establishment unless your comfortable with being treated less than what you deserve as a customer
If you have Netflix I suggest downloading a few episodes before you go there. The lines are long and they work very slow. I even thought I was at Walmart.
Cashed my pay check and Brandon gave me $160 in ten dollar bills. He said that's all they gave him. I find that hard to believe. Will be calling to speak to his superior. You call that a check cashing establishment. Won't be going back and telling everyone I know.
