I called here to try to get information on getting plates for my car this lady came up with some crazy numbers she told me $1,200 she said something about fees and Illinois State tax, I also called the one in Mount prospect they also told me something around $650 and that it matters on how much you paid for your car.. I told him the DMV said it was $195 then he told me yeah thats before taxes and fees and Illinois State tax or some BS.. I said no they told me 195 right now and that's it.... the reason I didn't go back was because I had to fill something out and get it notarized and they were closed until Tuesday.. Well I went to the currency exchange near the city on Belmont and Thatcher $267 out the door within 15 minutes also the lady told me that how much you paid for your car has nothing to do with this.. But imagine the people that call or go to the one in Arlington heights even in Mount prospect and they actually pay prices like that that's straight a rip-off something is not right.. So they literally don't know what they're doing or they're trying to straight rob you.. either way that's not right... The point is people really have to read reviews call around don't just go to the first place near you or that it's the only place open right then and there..
VERY rude Manager. It's probably an OK place for just cashing checks, but for everything else go elsewhere. Very limited knowledge base. Also very expensive!
