My first and last time coming to this bank! I walked in and was asked to take my hat off, regardless of the policy, not one bank has ever asked me to do this. Secondly, I was depositing a check that was given to me by another Andrew’s bank user and the lady declined to cash my check because of the amount. I decided to do it through the atm and that went smoothly.
The team is always helpful and very friendly. Can’t say enough of the customer service and friendly staff!
