I have been a customer an Approved Cash so many years they have always been very helpful makes me feel like part of their family
Not a very good experience there today. Not only did we have to meet unnecessary stipulations on a title loan the guy in there was very rude. Upon entering and inquiring about the loan he immediately shot down the amount requested saying "there's no way we can give you that, just look at that thing. There's no way we can give you that much." We later determined in the process that he also had basically no clue what he was doing. Overall we took his suggestion and with less than 30 minutes with another agency were approved and on our way.
Your customers service was great and nice with it.
The lady working 05/22/2019 at 3pm verbally attacked me for absolutely no reason. I was delivering her food and she said I'd "piss people off" for mentioning that our company card had an issue. I had a panic attack and had to stop working for the day since my job involves driving and I was too weak. Please stay away from this company until this toxic person is removed.
New management: rude, condescending, hostile. "Go down the street to a competitor", is what I was told to do. And exactly what I did. Sorry to see old staff leave this place, they were awesome.
