If I could give this place zero stars I would..I'm so upset and this place is so unprofessional...I opened an savings account with Leslie she was so nice... I told Leslie that I will be in Monday to opening an checking account... today is Monday and I sat with Barbara Trent she stated to me that I could not open an checking account because the bill I had to show my address on was past due???? What does my pass due bill have anything to do with opening an checking account ...and my bills are paid thank you very much...that is what I had to show proof... a pass due bills is none of her business and have nothing to do with me opening an checking account...she saw I was black and judge me by the color of my skin...I'm upset and that's unprofessional never in my life I went through this with any bank.. I asked her was this in the policy she didn't answered.. 2 years later this bank is still the worse bank ever
