Brittany in the Roanoke office is very professional and great customer service.
Probably the worst experience ive ever had. Life hit and the person i cosigned for passed away, i inherited that persons bills on top of my own and couldnt afford to make the payments. Told them to come take the van since its the collateral on the loan and they said "we just want our money". Lawyered up and now theyre taking me to court. DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH ONE MAIN FINANCIAL, when/if times get hard they will screw you over.

We had just borrowed money in May 2017 to finish paying for a porch we were having built. We made the first half of the payment which we had. Went to One Main Financial and borrowed $5.000 to finish paying off the project. There were problems with building the eaves and we needed $1000.00 more. I was assured when we made the loan for $5000.00 we were approved for more. When I called to get the extra $1000.00 they said we didn't qualify that fast and wouldn't be able to get what we needed to finish our project. We got the money from another finance company. I will not recommend them to anyone else. I feel they lied to us and they weren't very nice to us about it. My goal is to pay them off and never use them again. I will not recommend them to anyone!
