Would rate this company a 0 if I could. First they automatically deducted money from my account twice without my authorization even after speaking with them days before I told them to remove my info. That's where they first messed up. Just got off the phone with a "representative" named Ebony & she was highly disrespectful. Customer service is key when it comes down to any company whether you are qualified or not. Will be paying this loan off very soon and not dealing with their inconsistency.
No issues when I went to apply, would ask that customer service levels are stepped up a bit. Employees seem like that they dread to offer you a loan. Even though you meet requirements, I'm waiting for this vacation to see how it plays out. Like any company of this nature borrow at your OWN risk. The people will tell you the indepth details if you ask. ONLY if you ask.
I called in to see what i needed to bring in and if they were payday, installment or line of credit. The lady was ABSOLUTELY RUDE! They just lost a customer. First impression means a lot, from the looks of it this place is somewhere i recommend you NOT to go. Go to Check city !
I Called And Asked What Documents Were Needed And Once I Got There The Lady Reviewed Everything And Told Me I Needed More Then One Direct Deposit To Be Shown On My Bank Statement And Shoved Everything Back Through The Slot At Me And Told Me I Couldn't Get The Loan. RUDE!! Don't Waste Your Time.
Wish I was able to give zero stars! Terrible customer service! I brought in all the paperwork requested and 1st had to wait for the gentleman working to smoke a cigarette outside and then when he came back in he began to look at my bank statement and tells me "I see that you don't have much in your account at this time so I'm not going to waste MY TIME when I know the computer will probably not accept this". Well I wouldn't be there requesting a line of credit if I had a lot of money! This didn't make any sense! And the fact that he told me he wasn't going to waste his time is rude af! I went onto Walmsley to Allied Cash Advance and received a large line of credit. I do not recommend Cash Flash at all and am glad I didn't do business with them!
