They helped you, stay true to your word to pay them back. Nothing was a surprise, the fees were explained and I knew what i was getting in to. Great job guys! Why is this location even open still, very rude employees , my brother and I went a couple of days ago, wasn’t greeted, we asked a couple of questions, that weren’t even clearly explained, and to be honest I felt discriminated as soon as we hit the door. I mean y’all OPEN sign isn’t even on EVER. Had to hit up Titlemax way better! THANKS FOR NOTHING CASH2U
I wish their was a rating for no stars, because this is what this place deserves. The ppl are so rude. I went here today, the lady was rude and didn't offer any help or suggestions when she denied my bank transactions, told me they don't accept that kind of paperwork. I Kindly called another location and had my money in 10min.
Terrible customer service, also they expect you to COME IN the store to make your payments as if we’re still in the 80’s. So after months of me not responding they decided to pull the money from my account like I told them to in the first place but here’s the kicker: once your balance gets low (roughly one payment left) they’ll stop drafting so that your principal balance gains interest and increases your balance again. I had $60 left to pay and instead of them taking that in January the way they had been the months prior they waited until today March 22, to draft $133 from my account and tell me my balance has increased to $300+. I say all of this to say, they play dirty games contract games and the workers look dusty. They probably pocket the money. Do yourself a favor and go to another place.
