They're extremely rude, unprofessional & degrading. Sparkle the representative made fun of my partner & I for trying to get a loan. When I first began asking questions about the process, she began huffing & puffing, rolling her eyes and saying "oh my god" before I asked questions about the process and interest rate. She did tell me that the poster in the lobby was inaccurate that showed a lower interest rate for title loans (which may be considered false advertisement). Sparkle was not well versed on the companies policies, procedures & factors in getting approved which in effect miscommunicated what was needed to complete the application. Her Supervisor Dominique Stokes then took over to better assist us. Dominique told us the loan amount, we asked a question then she said "Well I can not do the loan." which was very condescending & I don't believe she can legally reject a loan that was already offered based upon her feelings. My partner told Dominique that he was just asking a question before she threaten to rescind the loan. Then Sparkle said the amount offered then began laughing & threatened to get someone to address us. I believe the threats were a form of intimidation. When speaking with her supervisor Dominique Stokes, we had a discussion about how my partners attitude was perceived as rude although he was just being short (there was no cursing, derogatory remarks or jokes at their expense). We apologized for his behavior as well Dominique for hers. Right after, Sparkle stop addressing a customer at her counter to then throw rude & degrading statements at us. She also stated that she would be quitting soon which I believe is beneficial to the company. Representatives should degrade, display rude behavior, make threats or jokes at their customers. If Sparkle is unable to properly assist a customer then hand the situation over to your supervisors & LEAVE IT ALONE. I'm going to write to the Better Business Bureau as well as Consumer Affairs about this experience. Become a Cash2U client at your own mental, emotional & possibly physical risk.

I guess they feel like since you owe them money they can talk to you like you're 5. I only wanted to pay my rent thought I would pay it back by next payday and here I am still paying on it two months later. The fees and finance charges are ridiculous, I first had to pay some sort of periodic fee which is like $37.50, and you have to pay again if you stay a customer. Then their huge APR which is 275%!!! When I seen that number I wanted to run but I was desperate. I really don't understand their calculation, when I got the bill it was much more than I expected and kept getting more expensive, but I guess that's my fault. Anyway, because of this, I have to call and let them know I'm going to be late on payments, they told me if I needed to I could do that but every time I call there's a problem. Someone has an attitude because I'm late and asking me all kinds of personal questions, the girl even said "Can't you just borrow it from someone." Really lady?! The dark skin girl never smiles and always has a mean mug, not very welcoming, she even yelled at me a couple times on the phone and tried to say I never called to set up a date, she then realized later she was wrong. Overall, this place is the worst unless it's your last resort don't go here. I filed bankruptcy and no payday loans would help me that's why I came here, but no thanks, more misery than help.
