Account was suppose to be closed and it wasnt now it's in the negative and not by our fault
Used to love BB&T but recently they have been a pain, especially at this location. Everyone is rude from the beginning before you can even tell them what is going on. Would give it 0 stars based on my experience but I am not able to. If you are looking for a bank keep looking, this place is a waste of your time.
