Great option if you need working capital fast. The application process and disbursement were very quick. No hassle. Highly recommended.
Although responsive, very cumbersome process if you ever want to make a change. For example, if you run a business and decide you want to move to a new bank in the best interest of your business, StreetShares wants to know why? Why is that important? They ask for traditional information that most lenders would want, but they basically make you go back to the original format of how you applied for a loan just to change your bank account information. And then, if thats not enough, they still want to call you after completing all of the traditional information and reapplying to ask more questions. I felt it was my due diligence to contact this company to ensure no payments would be missed and to make it a seamless process for both parties. This company does not have enough robust and flexible processes or tools to make this a seamless process. What started as good intent to continue a healthy relationship has turned into a paperwork and logistical nightmare...just to switch a draft to a new routing and account number. Amazing!
