Shady practices that are designed to put borrowers in peril. I have had employees on the phone lie while being recorded and then the next representative I talk to says that they are under no obligation to honor what the previous person said. Honestly, this corrupt organization needs to be shut down.
Most unhelpful, money-hogging company out there. Paid them over $31,500 in interest to service my loans over the last 11 years. Provided no customer support, no interest reduction relief for timely payments, and were just the most depressing company to ever do business with.
Stay away from dealing with your money here. They are horrible awful people and under so many lawsuits! #facts i just heard about this poor teacher who was promised better rates or deals to repay her loans and comes to be all a lie and she is severely suffering.
Wish I could give a zero. They are not helpful, have put me down before. Have taken money out of my bank account without permission while loans where supposed to be on hold then take forever to give it back. Dishonest and only care about their money, not the consumer or what they have to say. When I try to express how I feel or complain they just remain silent, don't address it, then end the conversation right after. Awful, awful, awful.
