I got approved online for a higher amount then what they offered me. I received several emails to complete my application. They asked preliminary questions over the phone to an employee named Jessica. She was passive aggressive. I couldn’t figure out if she doesn’t like her job or if race was an issue. I tried to go to the Norfolk location due to the rude employee. I was told I was going to get a call from the manager.... I never did! The next day, I got a call for a lower approval amount. I declined the offer and withdrew my application. The only good thing is it was only a soft pull on my credit.

I had an appointment at this location this Morning the front office staff had great custom service however the branch manager while doing business insulted me I believe he’s racist , he also insulted my credit and then implied negativity towards my profession. Nonetheless I went to another location in Norfolk, Va where I was treat as a human being and received the help that I needed.
