I started my 1st account with CORDELL & worked with CORDELL many times over the years and he ALWAYS fixed every problem I ever had. This was at the Branch on MIDLOTHIAN turnpike. All i had to was just call him and he immediately fixed the problems over the phone. I have been a member for between 5 & 7 years. I live closer to the 1 on Hull Street, but always called Cordell every time when there was an issue and he resolved it within minutes while I was still on the phone. CORDELL ALWAYS PROVIDED ME WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE EVERY TIME!!
