Staff is great, very helpful. I was having trouble with my housing loan. My agent was asking for informations that I couldn't get online. I even called customer service and they said it would take 15 days. However, Maya helped me out. She really took care of my problem and she was patient with me. If I could give negative review- believe me I would. I made a deposit into my account and they are holding on to it for a week. It is my payroll check. It should take no more than 1-2 business days. This is going to prevent me from paying bills, chief among those paying rent. Furthermore, they lied and said that certain funds would be available on a certain earlier date. Corporate said that cannot happen. I am at great financial detriment because of these people. Avoid at all costs
