Capital One Bank in McLean, Virginia

I have a post office box with a recycling bin right next to it that I have dubbed the "capital one box". My family's cabin is near the south shore of lake Superior and most of the land around our 80 acres has been logged and laid to waste by a paper mill. And I BLAME YOUR COMPANY! Money doesn't mean you can destroy our Lord's Earth! This land has already been logged from coast to coast, and companies like this DON'T CARE!

Horrible customer service. They will treat you like a criminal. I haven't been able to use my card. I keep calling and they send me to the fraud department. I had to send in a copy of my drivers license and still my card doesn't work. I have no balance, over 800 credit score and never have paid my bill late. They have lost a customer. I have applied for a card with another company and will never use Capital One again. Treat your customers like criminals and they will leave. Stay away!

I wouldn’t give my deceased parents a chance to work/apply for anything that says Capital One. If you hear these scammers name one would do best to run and run really fast away from this business. They are real good at taking your hard earned MONEY!!! Oh BTW....they do DISCRIMINATE.

I had a financial product with them and wanted to upgrade; however, they could not provide a detailed explanation of why I was ineligible for an upgrade, except, that it was the computer system telling them I was ineligible. I closed the current financial product and was simultaneously approved for the upgraded product. Capital One to this day still can't provide an explanation, except, that it's all in the computer program. I hold very little confidence and trust in Capital One if they can't explain and control their own internal mechanisms. There should not be any adverse action done on customer's part which did affect my credit score during that time period.

Hello everyone what I have here to say today is very important listen carefully you might learn something. This bank doesn’t allow changes between credit cards if you have a credit card with them for 10 years you would like a new card you have to close your account in full reopen a new account with the card you want . There corporation targets people with very low credit and I gotta say 98% effective rate they have with a customer service based internationally and 59.00$ annual fee for absolute no benefits to the card holder “Mr Richard” should be ashamed of him self but again let’s not jump to conclusions his billions came at the cost strategy that was designed for this kind of targeting poor low middle class consumer I am a client of them they have a lot of work to do with customer product development the executive staff at this corporation is relaxed with endless interest rate deductions flowing thro there accounts. The ratings on google don’t lie pretty soon in the next 10 years into the future humans will be rated as well low rating we’ll you can’t have it all then!
